At Meraki, every mold undergoes a meticulously structured process to ensure precision, quality, and reliability. When we receive a new mold order, we begin with detailed DFM reviews and 2D/3D design. This is followed by high-precision machining, in-process validation, and expert mold assembly. Trials and sampling are conducted before final validation, leading to the timely and secure delivery of a fully tested, production-ready mold. Every step is driven by accuracy and innovation.
